Shipping Policy for Simply Stuffed

At Simply Stuffed, we strive to deliver your orders as swiftly and efficiently as possible. To ensure the freshness and quality of our products, we have established the following shipping policy:

  1. Shipping Provider: All parcels are shipped with New Zealand Post using their overnight shipping service.

  2. Overnight Shipping: While we aim to provide overnight shipping, we cannot guarantee it as it is beyond our control. Please note that delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances with the courier service.

  3. Shipping Days: We ship orders from Monday to Thursday, excluding public holidays. This schedule prevents our products from being held up in mail depots over the weekend, ensuring they arrive fresh.

  4. Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 1 PM on Thursdays will be shipped the following Monday. Orders placed on public holidays will be processed the next business day.

  5. Delivery Times: While we aim for overnight delivery, please allow up to 2-3 business days for your order to arrive. Rural delivery may take longer.

  6. Lead Time:

    • Cookies: A lead time of 3 days is required for all cookie orders.
    • Edible Prints, Cookie Cutters, and Stamps: A lead time of 24 hours is required for these items.

  7. No Pickup: At this time, we do not offer a pickup option for orders.

  8. Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address.

  9. Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor the status of your delivery on the New Zealand Post website.

  10. Delivery Address: Please ensure that the delivery address provided is correct. Simply Stuffed is not responsible for parcels delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  11. Lost or Damaged Parcels: In the rare event that your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so we can assist with resolving the issue.
