Refund Policy

At Simply Stuffed, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Damaged Goods:

If you receive your order in a damaged condition, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Provide clear photographs of the damaged goods and packaging so we can assess the issue.

2. Non-Delivery:

In case you do not receive your order due to a courier error, please inform us as soon as possible. We will investigate and, if necessary, arrange a replacement or refund.

3. Incorrect Order:

If we made an error and you received an incorrect order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the goods. We will arrange to collect the incorrect goods and send you the correct order.

4. Change of Mind:

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.

Please note that refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis and are subject to our discretion. Your statutory rights are not affected.
